2. The environment safety survey is needed to ensure the safety and stability of the structure and identification of potential threats so as to make provision of the same. It will affect the project cost and the composition of project team.The land acquisition is essential to ensure seamless execution of the project once it starts and eliminate the sources of hinderance from the individual resistances. The land acquisition will incur costs and affect the budget and also the nature of project team, as some resources will have to be employed in it. The formation of project team is essential to identify the resources available and assignment of different duties to the most suitable persons to do the task. The composition of project team will affect the budget and facilitate the activities of environment clearance, safety exercise and process of land acquisition.Budgeting is very important part as it assigns cost to every activity and helps to identify and optimise the financial requirements.
