Answer #1

Answer:

Three steps of Kaizen are-

  1. Improve workplace management: it improves quality of product and services, reduces searching, increases flow rate, eliminates distractions, etc. to increase the productivity
  2. Eliminate wastage: every non-performing asset should not be kept or maintained in the process. Any non-value adding tasks is termed as a waste. For example: waste of transportation, waste of motion, waste due to defects, waste due to over production etc.
  3. Standardization: standardization of manufacturing processes, products & services and management processes. Standardization helps in maintaining stable workflow, increase productivity and decrease wastage.

It has circular nature because Kaizen promotes continuous improvement by using the Kaizen again and again. The steps in Kaizen are-identify waste-develop a solution to reduce waste after analyzing the process- implement the most optimum solution- after result analysis standardize solution- and repeat after some time
