Answer #1

It is true because the blood vessels when ruptured will trigger the extrinsic and th intrinsic pathway . The Extrinsic pathway a specific way to cause the coagulation process . It Specifically requires the Tissue Factor that is the tissue thromboplastin which is , a substance "extrinsic to", or which is usually not seen circulating in our human blood vessels. Tissue Factor is only released when the vessel wall get ruptured and only when this rupture occur the glycoprotein phospholipid will het activated and helps in triggering the thrombin production to cause the stimulation of the prothrombin activator activation. This thrombin will convert fibrinogen a to monomer and finally polymerization give loose strands of fibrin . Tight blood clot occurs
