. Internally consistent compensation systems:

Compensation system in a company should be fair among all workers. Company should give equal pay for equal work. And give extra pay for over workload among the workers. Company should give motivation for the workers in form of support, bonus, allevance, etc. Compensation system of a company always an important factor for every workers. It gives the workers an extra energy and boost up for their entire work in the company.

. Job analysis and Job evaluation:

'Job analysis' is the process of collecting information about the job. And looking the duties, responsibilities for that job. And analyse the workers in terms of knowledge , skills, etc . Job analysis have important role in compensation, selection, analysing training and development etc. Job analysis involves job description, job specification.

The importance of job analysis is as follows:

.job analysis is not only for hiring process. But also for training and their placement.

.job analysis is for analysing the salary, wages etc and evaluate the job, performance appraisal etc.

. Job analysis helps to identify the interest , knowledge ,skills etc.
