The company is composed of many offices:

 Each office has:

o A name, a city and a telephone number.

o Each office has a Manager, several taxi owners, drivers and one administrative staff.

 The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office:

1. Check the number of Jobs

2. Check the number of complete jobs

3. Check the number of failed jobs and the reason.

Each manager has a name, ID, Office number, address, age(Less than 64) and telephone number (can have more than one telephone number).

 An owner provides one or more cars to the company. Each owner has an ID, Date of birth, name, telephone number and address.

 Each taxi is allocated for use to a number of drivers. The majority of owners are also drivers. Each driver has an ID, name, age (Less than 60) and Telephone number, Work hours and an address. Each driver is located in a city. The driver takes the nearest Jobs. The daily salary of each driver is computed as follows:

Salary=100$+20% of each job.

 Each car has a number, model and number of seats.

 The administrative staff has the responsibility of taking Jobs. This staff has a name, an ID, office number, age(Less than 64), telephone and address. He should also assign the Job to the nearest driver (according to the city).

 Each employee (manager, staff, and driver) can have dependents. Each dependent has a name, Date of birth, relationship. We keep track only for three dependents.

The taxis of this company are not available for hire by the public hailing a taxi in the street but must be requested by first phoning the company to attend a given address.

There are two kinds of clients, namely private and business:

 Private clients: The details of private clients are collected on the first booking of a taxi.

 The business clients: The job of business client is more formal and involves agreeing a contract of work with the business. A contract stipulates the number of jobs that the company will undertake for a fixed fee.

When a job comes into the company, the name, phone number and contract number (when appropriate) of the client is taken and then the pick-up date/time and pick-up/drop-off addresses are noted. Each job is allocated a unique jobID. The nearest driver to the pick-up address is called by radio and is informed of the details of the

job.

When a job is completed the driver should note the mileage used and the charge made (for private clients only).

If a job is not complete, the reason for the failed job should be noted.
