Dr. Megowatts wishes to construct his new office building in the Design/Build method. He has hired an architect and contractor who created a joint venture to design and build his new building. The architect has completed the drawingbs and issued them for bidding. The Contractor has bid out the project amongst the subcontractors, and the final bid came in at $130,000 over the budget the doctor delineated at the beginning of the project. Explain what happened and provide a solution as to how to proceed from this point. Make sure to describe the process of how the project team got there.

After completion of bid take a agreement from contractor to complete the work with in a given period and take a signature to agree all your terms and conditions  

After all the procedure give time to start construction and ckeck the workmanship and quality of works as per given specifications if any adjustments are then report to architecture and contracter

Release the funds to contractors with in specified so that the work may not be obstructed .

In such a way complete the project until all the works are completed .
