Answer #1

Discrimination can also be an ethical issue in business when companies use race or other personal factors to discriminate against specific groups of customers. Some people may feel that having a target customer base as Blacks will not benefit their product for instance the facial glow kits, so they choose to ignore them in all the advertisements that they publish for this product. But these things have a long term impact on the over all picture of what we see around and we have to put up with this that ignoring any particular group's sentiments will not have any kind of positive vibes around us and we need to let go of all that we have around us. The idea is to build a diverse body which caters to the needs of one and all. Only then we will be able ot have a soundproof idea about things we have.
