There are lots of countries in which being a lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is a shame. LGBT means taking discrimination on a daily basis. This discrimination can be based on a person's sexual orientation for whom they feel attraction. For example; their gender identity, how they define themselves as a person regardless of their biological sex, their gender expression and even the way they express their gender when dressing and styling themselves. When it comes to LGBT employees and the assignments that a job is offering them, I would apply the principles of justice according to what the nation and religion of that culture stand by. Here in the United States, the culture is that you can be whatever you want, therefore it is only fair that the jurisdiction and Supreme court rules in favor of all people who want to be what they choose to.

When companies have to expand their job positions across the world, they should not discriminate on the sexual and personal preferences of their candidates because this can potentially end up as a failure for the company. They can be missing out of LGBT candidates that have all the skills and requirements necessary to do the job. The objective in the anti-discrimination legislation such as Title VII is to ensure that individuals are given equal opportunity in the workplace. Protected classification or protected classes is when no matter the religion, race, color or nationality the federal state protects the citizens to be able to apply for a job and have the same equal opportunity as any other individual. LGBT rights defenders have overcome enormous challenges, seriously endangering their own personal safety to denounce abuses against the human rights of the LGBT population, and forced to change the laws that discriminate against them. Since the concept of pride was introduced and international recognition days were established, the LGBT population is forging alliances and promoting pride throughout the world for being as it is. Today, at least 50 countries classify crimes of homophobia as hate crimes. And more countries have legalized marriage between people of the same sex.

I think companies should only work and send employees to work in countries where LGBT is has become agreeable. It is a good Idea to back the company up by letting the LGBT candidates know that their choices may not be allowed in other countries and that in order to keep them safe it is best to let others of heterosexual sex do the job for those specific places. LGBT people want to be accepted by other, however, they must also respect others perspectives, culture, and beliefs and not disrespect other nations by doing what they want just because it is allowed in their home country.

There are many countries like India , Japan etc in which being a lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is a shameful character. Recently, Supreme court of India has allowed the rights of LGBT community in marriage, jobs and voting. It was a very good step for a larger democracy like India. LGBT communities are demanding their natural rights to live with anyone to whom they desire can be said as right one. The main problem of its acceptance lies with the social structure. It is matter of importance that biological expressions, gender identity must be preserved at any cost . It promotes rights of every citizens in a country. In job related matters , LGBT employees have to face many associated challenges. It is very important to apply the principles of justice according to what the nation and religion of that culture requires so far . In USA, supreme court and legal protections were given .

A company might give fair chance of employment to a LGBT community in United states but in a different countries, it might pose discrimination on this community. It is quite important that many of the members of LGBT have different skills and talent which can give immense contributions to the organizations they worked far.

In USA , The objective in the anti-discrimination legislation such as Title VII is to protect the members of any community like LGBT in the matter of employment. Now a day, countries are taking serious steps to protect the members of LGBT community. It will promote their wellbeing and growth with the other people in an economy.
