from ideal gas equation, PV = nRT

But n= mass/molar mass ======> PV = (mass/molar mass)*RT

P = Total pressure = 15 mm of Hg

V = volume of gas mixture = 3.1 L

R = 0.0821 l.atm.k-1.mol-1

T = 28 c= 301 k

Mass of He used = PV *molar mass/ RT = 15*3.1*4/(760*0.0821*301) = 0.00990 grams
