2.How to control Risk in the project

Once Risks are identified and documented.We perform qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding the risks to get a measure on the priority of risks and impacts. The risk response as planned.

Monitoring and Control of the Risks identified are done thorugh updating the risk registered periodically with plan and other document updates and taking corrective action if required  by the project manager.
