As in above case Karen facing the job dissatifaction in her job. it will lead to the mental health in negative way. There are three Negative responses of karen
1. Inefficiency of karen- dissatisfaction towards job directally leads karen to be more inefficient. is that she will find excuses and more be a ignore the work which is give her by the boss.
2. Hatred of work and Boss- the dissatisfaction and the behaviour of her boss leads towards the Increase in hate towards work and the boss. it will directally decrease her capacity of work.
