Sit at a stop sign, and observe the cars as they stop or if they don’t stop and run the sign. What did you observe? Can you calculate the odds of a car stopping/not stopping at the stop sign? What are the odds of a near miss? If you watch long enough, you might observe an accident. If so, what are the odds of a collision.
