This statement is false. Parks provide lot of benefits. Some of them are quantifiable while some are not. Some benefits provided by parks include revenue generated from visitors visiting the parks, job opportunities created by parks, revenue geerated from various sport activities, hiking and other functions organized in the parks, new residential township set up in nearby area to the park, vegetables and fruits provided by the parks and above purifying the environment and providing clean and fresh air to the residents.
