BPM includes:

1. Implementation of business


2. Execution of plans


3. Monitoring of processes


4. Optimization of processes


Business process is also helpful in providing:

1.Operational efficiency


2.Visibility in business


3.Customer Support


The project goes through several steps which first includes:

The designing of business and creating a prototype for the business. This step basically includes the choice of any business model like SDLC which gives the insight of the project or business at each level.

The designing includes a three tier approach in which the business is separated in three different layers:

First layer is Backend decision making and planning.

Second layer comes with implementation of plans and reporting to backend processes and providing services to the client.

Last layer is the data layer where the plans meets the requirements of client.
