ANSWER:

1. First and important part is rights - Like admin can have rights to add new account, user and can provide rights.Define the users who can access the system .

2. Define department and functions needs to be defined while setup the software.

3. All types of users need to be added in the system and also need to provide the rights to access different functions eg Patient should have access to personal health data of his account only.

4. All information about the patients needs to added - all details. Also have ability to edit and delete patient details.

5. A user is allowed three login attempts otheriwise account should get locked and admin can allowed to unlock it.

6. Customer information will be saved in a database for up to 10 years if no activity occurs on this account.

7. Health professional/Nurses - can file and manage patient’s health data and diagnostic.

8. Pharmacist - should have access to prescription.

9. Lab technician -can  access patient’s health data, To feed results and details of lab tests etc.

10. Pathologist- To conduct and analyze lab tests, issue reports etc

11. Doctor - can access all patients data and suggest diagnostics , issue prescription etc.

12. Admin can have right to provide access to particular user.

13. Prescription needs to edited, deleted from the system.

14. One to many relationship for Patient doctor and one patient can consult to many doctors.

15. Followup date should be present and should sent an reminder mail/sms to patient when date is reaching.

16. a user can access their account balance through a summary page and a detailed account page.

17. Doctor should have access to see the history whenever patient visit.

18. All lab reports should be stored in DB per patient.

19. Hospital logos and doctors list should be displayed and also availability and appointment functions.

20. Log in and Logout should work correctly.
