The company structure should be a hierarchical structure within which al the employees are placed in specific groups and all these groups are then controlled by their respective supervisors. It is important to mention these groups can be made based on the employees that are either individualist or collectivist because this will not hamper the company if a mixed team is created with people having differing mindsets. The supervisors can then provide employees with jobs that suit their culture.
