Principal gateways for participants are Asia-Pacific: Hong Kong, Manila, Sydney, Taipei, Tokyo; Europe: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Paris and Vienna; South and Central America: Buenos Aires, Bogota, Mexico, Sao Paulo; and Canada and United States: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Montreal, New York, Toronto, and Vancouver. Housing requirements, including staff and speakers, call for 275 single or double rooms and 12 suites. No guests or spouses are invited, though 10 percent of the delegates are expected to have accompanying persons sharing rooms. Special amenities for all attendees are appropriate.

The conference committee has designated Singapore as the venue. Safecor has a regional office and licensees at that site. Plans call for a four-day conference after the arrival day and departure on day 6. The business agenda will cover three and a half days of general sessions, forums, workshops, and exhibitions. Adequate space for sixteen two- by four-meter perimeter exhibit stands and two four-by-eight meter island .stands will be required. As many as six small-group sessions (forty to sixty attendees) and hands-on workshops may run concurrently on the second through fourth days. A conference office, an information center, a speakers lounge, and a press room are to be staffed during conference hours.

Food and beverage requirements include an opening gala reception, breakfast and lunch each day, two on-site dinners, and two free evenings, with one possibly organized as a dine-around . The afternoon of the third day is open time. Two hospitality suites capable of accommodating 40 and 100, respectively, are to be stocked and staffed between the hours of 5 P.M. and midnight.

As conference executive for one of the participating subsidiaries, you have been assigned to the conference committee to help research and recommend a destination; assess and arrange transportation and destination services; and negotiate and contract. for hotel rooms, function space, and support services. You will work closely with the program committee to ensure that its requirements are met.

You will work with other meeting professionals from the home office, professionals from other subsidiaries, and licensees. Your first meeting as a conference committee is this week. All meeting operations will be managed by the senior meeting executive, supported by a local Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) (to be retained and select corporate staff augmented by licensee or branch office staff employed at the destination city.

During this new product launch, as the plan is scheduled above. Since there would be variety of people across globe would participate. To add on the Social Activities and Meals should be in sync of their taste of origin.

CSR including the below for participants:

Allow 2 hours to play sports organized by a competitive association.

Know the taste of participants and segregate them in groups by respective games for fun e.g. (football, hockey, soccer, long-distance running, and badminton)

Could be the outdoor activities e.g. (rock climbing, downhill skiing, kayaking), informal practices (volleyball, basketball) and physical fitness training (aerobics, step, swimming)

The above manifesto should include all to re-imagine the team bonding across tastes and band mix.

Meals:

Beyond above, there should be participants grouped as per tastes and interests that lucerate them.

The meal must include both veg and non veg.

The taste must focus such as Pizza versus Special-Ordered Sandwiches. It must be the effective part of all day activity.

Groups of communities of participants across globe must be supervised by experts deployed according to participants taste.

The morning activities must start by Yoga or Gym followed by Gala Breakfast.

The pre-lunch menu should include finest assorted cookies with wide variety of extra blend tea and decoked coffee.

Post lunch activities must cater to the participants need by inviting them short timed evening fun activities to keep them energetic and enthusiast.

Post Day's program, there must be a Food lethargy items such as hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

The above would effectively hold a long last impression among them and a memorable event throughout their stay.
