A "22-cy self loading scraper" is the best equipment for this work.

Because, the distance between cutting site and filling site is very less. Generally hoe and dump trucks are used for this kind of work. but here, a scraper can do cutting as well as dumping operation simulteniously. One equipment can do multiple kind of work and excess equipments are avoided.
