4 An administrative agency should go directly to court. These agencies that are appointed by politicians are vulnerable to corruption, biased opinions, and hidden agendas. Utilizing our judicial system is a way to ensure a fair resolution.

5 I do believe current laws are capable of dealing with labor-management problems and should not be abolished. However, labor laws should be reviewed and updated to reflect the ongoing changes in our society, the economy, and the labor market in its current state.
