The difference between good goals and poor goals are that Good goals are very specific and clear, transparent, and clearly mentioned so it can be measured easily, goods goals are also time specific, and that can attract encouraging behavior from people, Bad Goals are highly manipulated and not clear, not transparent, further with such bad goals entire project can be failed as the objectives are defined but that are not sufficient or not clear.
