Here are some of the positive organisational cultural elements:
1.)Core values-These are not just some random qoutes written for flaunting or just showing off but, an organisations core values are the essential guideposts to be communicated and executed.
2.) Having fun and celebrations- Appreciating each other is a key to empathize.
3.) Empathy - It is the most needed element of an organisation.United is what an organisation is thought to be.
4.) Timeline or the chronicles of an organisation are needed to be remembered how the firm started how we surpassed the challenges and reached the possession.
5.) Communicate and connect-Let's talk.
6.)To care and have commitment to learn.
7.) CULTURE.
By following these elements a positive culture in organisation can be achieved.
As we know there are two aspects of every coin,therefore there are some negetive organisational cultural elements too.which are as follows and also how to overcome them:
1.)Poor communication within the teams this leads to very bad conciquences sometimes,to get over it a proper communication channel should be maintained between the members so that no mis communication happens.
2.) Micromanagement,this should be avoided believe in your employees and their potentials.
3.)Just having profit in mind (short-term) do not do this it creates a very bad effect on the long term endeavours of the organisation and which may result you in terms of bad people count in the organisation.
4.)Gossips and Poor discipline - It does not mean that army discipline is needed but dignity has to be maintained.
5.)Bad habits - A boss with bad habits will inherit the employees with those too and which may result in failure with very bad end results.
To summerise all this the negetive organisational cultural elements are disasters for a company or an organisation.there are many warning signs which may keep you from falling in the pit of failure but only if Not taken for granted.remember,If the business is going down due to this then only you can turn it around.
