Answer #1

I believe that exit interviews are very important and the organization should care about the opinion of people who are leaving. The reason being is that if any employee leaves any organization, in most of the cases, there has been some genuine reasons, be it cultural issues, package, growth or anything. So if an employee leaves and gives a certain opinion, which is common with other employees too, then it has to be considered by the management, if the organization wants to keep its employees for a long term. And that is why these opinions are quite relevant to employee separation and retention. If the organization keeps ignoring those opinions then employee separation is imminent, but if the organization considers those opinions and take some actions on it, then there are chances of employee retention.
