As a leader, i think that every individual of a country must be protected with huge investment in healthcare and other safety issues. Citizens health will have direct contributions to the national wealth creation. I will suggest policy makers that,
1) Make a mutual satisfying model where citizens as per their paying capacity and tax contributions might given health insurance benefits totally free or partially a higher personal tax to each individuals so as to collect fund for this task.
2) A health insurance authority to manage free care and providing access to the citizens to best hospitals might be ensured .
3) Misuse of benefits might be controlled and cross examination of beneficiaries must be done.
4) Hospitals must be asked to serve the public and for the same they will be paid from government's fund .
5) Use of appropriate interfaces for delivery of insurance and care might be developed.
