1. Socialization is the process by which an individual learns the norms and roles of society to become its member. The process of socialization is often not explicit and implicitly works on our lives. We are made to adhere to norms and ways of behaviours society expect of us. In our everyday life, we are made to greet people in the morning, eat in a specific way, and dress in a certain way.

2. The four defining features of culture are its norms, beliefs, values, and, symbols and language.

3, The four agents of socialization are family, peers groups, school and media.
