Human psychology plays a pivotal role in the perception of people wearing body marks. Pop stars, celebrities, youngsters display tattoos and body piercing as a fashion trend. However, tattoos are becoming increasingly widespread. People such as college students, young girls wear these tattoos for various means. Although tattoos are considered mainstream, they have negative effects on personality and behavior.

Tattoos and piercing in society: there is a perception among the people who display tattoos to express their feelings of a certain notion. People wear tattoos to show affection, hatred, anger in society. People use them to prove their status in society. Cultures play a significant role in the perception of tattoos. Western countries wear tattoos to express their love for pop music, lords, wildlife, and many others.

In Japan, the tattoos represent the underworld people, criminal slogans, and associate them with the main ideas of murders and crimes. Some people wear these tattoos and piercings on the entire body. In China, the tattoos symbolize the significance of an eternal supreme entity, the universe, and fulfillment.

In today’s world's, tattoos, and piercings have become a mainstream thing rather than a deviant one. Now, people wear these on the body to express their feelings and emotions to the society and the world. The society has changed their thoughts and perception of the people wearing tattoos. Opinion: I do not have a tattoo because I can express my feelings and emotions by interacting and communicating on social platforms such as blogs, social media, and digital media.
