Explanation:

The three distinct value are a<b<c . Which are arranged according to the relative frequency and if we sketch the graph of these variables by taking relative frequency on y -axis then we will see the variable c having highest relative frequency is on top and instead of getting bell shaped curve we get one sided increasing like the curve given below.

so this curves not shapes like bell shaped curve or normal curve hence, it is not normally distributed.
