Companies like Bharti Airtel have introduced new payments structures based on Group performance wherein entire team is rewarded based on KPIs achieved and business goals conquered.

The change was largely due to reeling lossess and low employee productivity and morale which led to widescale change which bring overall value addition and net profitability to company. The steps involved in implementation of new system was started with research of industrial standards compensation systems and its key Implications. This helped Bharti Airtel achieve 5% growth in net profitability and 24% rise in customer addition.
