  • When the good or the service is within the country then its price is decided by the government and the pricing policy of the country.
  • but when it crosses national borders then it totally depends on the exchange rate, type of currency used and another country monetary policy which decides the price of good and service.
  • for example, let's say laptop which cost in the US at a price of $700 and which is not very high according to the US price.
  • but in India, the same laptop will cost around 49000 Indian rupees because $1 is equal to around 70 Indian rupees which are generally higher for an Indian customer.
