i want to share a story of mine where i would tell you about my learning experience. we can agree that we learn many things in our life which can be good or scary.I want to say that i have fear of deep water so i always afraid to go into water. but one day i decided to learn how to swim because i think that swimming is very important for your body as well as mind. with swim you can make your health good also relax your mind.so i decided to lean how to swim. this would also help me to overcome my fear of going into deep water.

When i started to learn swim i get so many difficulties which made me question my decision and make this learning a scary experience but after practicing and giving best of my efforts to learn i started to like this and convert this scary experience into good one. What I didn't realize was that learning to swim would also make me a more confident person.

after one two months of hard practice helped me to overcome my fear of water and made me confidence person. now i can swim with my friends and family which make me happy and proud myself that i made this decision.
