In general, the study concluded that people can more easily read men's faces as to honesty(and dishonesty), but have a more difficult time reading women's faces. Based on this article could you then assume that women would make better face to face negotiators or worse than men? In other words do you think it is an advantage or a disadvantage to have a face that can be easily read in a face to face negotiation?
