Quality management ensures that the process of an organization or the supply chain is as per the quality standards and to improvise the quality of the system so that the result is efficient. When the quality is maintained in the system of the company, the end product will be of good quality which would ensure the trust of consumers and hence the company will sustain it's position in the market. Various concepts of quality management like control, supervision, planning, assurance and improvement will play a role in the efforts for sustainability . For example when we monitor or supervise a system for quality ,it helps us identify any flaws with the system and hence we could find a way to improvise the overall quality of the system which will make sure it would sustain in the market and hence concepts of quality management helps in sustainability efforts.
