If you obtained a sample of MDH that was 10 micromoles/L, what is the concentration in mg/ml? Assume that the molecular weight for MDH is 32 kDa.

2. Using Beer's Law, determine the concentration of your sample if the UV-vis reading at 280 nm was 1.2 absorbance units and the extinction coefficient is 12000 M-1cm-1? Assume the path length of the cuvette is 1 cm. Give your answer in units of micromoles/L.
