Anoxic inlet means there is very low oxygen. Generally in the deep ocean and in its trenches, it can be observed. The organic matter deposited in this area needs oxygen to form the bondings and make the organic compound. Without the presence of the little amount of oxygen the organic compounds could have been in an unstable condition and ultimately dissolved in the ocean water
