Answer #1

The United States has become one of the most religious diverse nations in the world, with more than thousands of different belief systems being practiced and executed. This religious diversity is on the increasing side in the American workplace. There are many people who come from different background, caste, sex and religion and to make a company durable and profitable you cannot choose a particular religion over other religion and to make a work place productive you have to deal with each and every religion individually.

All Employees express their religious beliefs in a different way at work place. Some workers attend Bible studies in free time at work place or conference hall or during lunch hour. Muslims frequently request time off during their time of praying and Jewish employees often did not respond to work on their religion's Sabbath, which is told to be observed every week from sunset on Friday until sunrise on Saturday.

To keep all the religion intact at a work place United States has to look after their demands precisely and the welfare of every religion should be taken care off so that none of the people religious sentiment is being hurt by any of the other religious people or working members because that would directly affect the working system of a company. Religion may vary from the higher end to the lower end of a company for example a person sitting in the executive chair of the company may possess a different religion and the person working under him till the lower and least person in that slot may possess a different religion. If any religious belief of any people is being hurt it may lead to disturbance in the company and a person has no right to put any comment against any other person religion if found he/she may be fired from the office.

Although the United States has widely guaranteed religious freedom and diversity to different religion, the ample number of belief systems can seriously challenge American employers so there is no doubt that this diversity has changed the landscape and views of people seeing the world around and has put more pressure on how to deal with claims of conscience in the workplace to make a workplace far much better.

United States will ensure a better work place for several other employees possessing a different religion and nevertheless religious based employment discrimination is against the law and it’s been implemented in the Rights of act 1964.
