Accuracy is defined as the closeness of the result to the true value.

Precision is defined as the closeness of measured values among themselves. If the measured values are almost similar everytime you measure then the result is more precise.

For student A the measured are more close to the true value hence it is more accurate.

Again Student is more precise because the measured values are more close among themselves while for student B measured values vary largely from 79.552 to 80.795.

Student A has more accurate and precise results while results of student B is neither accurate nor precise due to large difference in the measured values.
