According to ideal gas equation -

PV = nRT

P is pressure, V is Vollume, T is temperature, R gas constant, n is number of moles

So for nitrogen gas pressure in 50 L will be 0.5 atm

When both will combined in oxygen cyllender than according to daltons law -

Total pressure (P) = 2 + 0.5

P = 2.5 atm
