Performance appraisal is an overall review of an employee's performance linked with organization's objective.

Review including skills ,achievement , learnings and risk taking capacity of an employee

Benefits of performance appraisal

Company can get an idea about employee required performance according to his post and scale so that company can achieve it's desired goal

Objective of performance appraisal

1.Performance appraisal gives company a way to increase their future potential to grow and earn more profits

2. It is helpful to know the employee in terms of information , achievements and worth provided by an employee

Employee wellness program is conducted to provide a good healthy life to an employee for example an employeer may provide health insurance of employees to give them health benefits

Benefits of employee wellness program

It improves employee health

Productivity will increase

Motivates employee towards work

Engagement of employee if he is healthy

Barrier of employee wellness program

Less believe in wellness program

They think their money is deducted from salary
