Can you link multiple products into a system or a platform? Bundling products can add value for customers. 7. Service. How do you provide value-added service beyond your companys products for customers? Some of the most successful businesses set themselves apart from their competition by providing unparalleled customer service 8. Channel. How do you get your products or services into customers hands? Some companies provide extra value to their customers by making their products and services available in many venues 9. Brand. What is your companys identity in the market- place? Successful companies use creative advertising, promotion, and marketing techniques to build a desirable brand identity with customers

10. Customer experience. Does your company engage cus- tomers and give them reasons to come back to make future purchases? Innovative companies find ways to connect with their customers, creating a loyal base of fansumers, customers who not only purchase but act like fans who pro mote the company to their friends and family members.

1) suppose i have a cosmetic brand called ' beautification ' then i will advertise my product as much as possible to make my product stand out as compared to my rivals. i will take extra care about pricing my products and package and quality will be of prime importance.

2) networks and alliance is also a way to increase sells. like now a days most of the companies are alligning with the delivery companies and payment networks like paytm, phone pay, amazone pay etc and attach extra offer to it to promote there product and make it stand out.

3) to encourage the employes more incentives will be given like holiday package as reward for good work and good accomodation and transportation facility are good incentives to encourage the employees.

4)the core processes of my company focuses on the consumer demand. what the consumer wants from my product and what quality i can provide taking into consideration the price consumer is ready to pay for it. new formulas for my cosmetics will be created to assist different types of consumers.

5) the important work performed by my product is making people beautiful and help them groom. the new types of product are being lunched according to customer demand and it provides good skincare facility and beautify the customers.

6) yes multiple products can be added together.for example my company is producing skincare as well as beauty products like face wash face scrub and also body lotion and cleanser and mosturiser which are all essential for skin. so using one brand product for skin helps better.

7) we provide 24/7 customer care service. if customer has any query regarding any of the product they can contact and there problem is being solved within 24-48 hours.

8) to reach our product to customers we use different delivery channels for those who order online and for those who want to buy it from store the availability is not an issue at all.
