Answer #1

The most effective method to determine the project safety in project management is to focus on the schedule generation where the completion time of different activities is predicted at a reasonable time. This will provide the time estimate in which there is a prediction that the task will be completed on time having a 50%-60% chance. The main logic behind this is that there will be some activities in the project that can be finished before the scheduled time while some can take longer. The will take the average evening out.  The probability of misuse of time does not occur.
