Think back to your most effective teaching session with a client. To what do you attribute this success? Why?
My most effective teaching session with a client was when I educated my client who had a prediabetic sugar level about the different ways he can change his lifestyle so that he will not become diabetic in the near future such as diet low in carbohydrates, such as steel-cut oats (not instant oatmeal) stone-ground whole wheat bread, non-starchy vegetables, such as carrots and field greens; increased physical activity such as walking and proper sleep. My client paid attention to my advice and he is not diabetic till now. I attribute this success to my client's paying attention to my advice.
