1. Motivation is a factor which is important for learning new things , working hard to attain the goal etc which is very difficult to develop until it is from inner side in healthy individuals itself and in this case we are talking about the patients who are not healthy enough to take take decision , remember things etc . It would be affect the motivation for learning extremely .

2. The clients health status would affect negatively the ability to be actively involved in learning because health is the main factor which is very important in life ,without it human beings can't work smoothly in any terms .

3. The approches or changes that might be needed to make are :-

Timing - when the patient is fully oriented and conscious

Use of repitation - repeating the information for the patient

Communication - face to face with eye contact , clear and slow ,can use images to explain .

Making the subject easy to understand,clear and in easy language

Environment - provision of proper lights , board to teach , properties to teach , noise free environment .

Feedback - use feedback method from patients to know howuch they understood .
