Answer: An educator has various skills. One of the most important is the communication skills. Education needs to convey the message, information and hence communication plays major role. Enhanced communication skills improve the better understanding among people and listeners. Communication skills also includes gestures, eye contact, methods used to explain things and points.
One of the useless characteristics is to negative attitude. Educator should always teach examples with positive attitudes. Negative attitude demoralizes people and hence affects the outcomes and understanding.
