One behavior that I can change in my professional life, that could be here blaming others, as blaming others will impact the organizational environment, and organization culture may become poor over periods, here, with such behavior, main objective of the organization can be diverted, further, If I can stop blaming others that practice will also motivate many team members and peers group, further, we can maintain superior organizational culture, Superior organizational environment, again, people concentrate more on their job, hence, organizational objectives can be fulfilled over time, hence, there are many positive consequences with stopping such behaviors,

  • What should I stop doing?

Here, I should stop doing Blaming others, as People should focus on their core tasks, and they should help each other, they should build team building and create better negotiation culture, that will help all the team members,

  • What could I start doing?

Here, I must start doing various things like create a culture that supports each other, and I must build effective communication practices and mention various useful communication channels, that further can reduce or eliminate my culture related to blaming others, I must build a productive team, here, I must know about the current skill requirement of the applicable tasks, and I must be knowing or assessing the skills gap as well, with such practices, I will keep strong focus on honing various new skills and expertise, that I can start doing to stop my specific behavior like blaming others,

  • What might I want to do differently?

Here, need to know very clearly the requirements of project, objectives and targets of my organization, what are the scope of my work, who are the team members, how the communication practices to be enabled, how any complaints, grievances and suggestions can be processed, such kind of Information to be collected from my end that further will help me to eliminate that behavior blaming others,
