The success or failure of any website depends on the user experience. UX accommodates both usability and user experience for successful products. There are some core attributes associated with UX beneficial for any website.
The features of UX and their impact on the CIS 21 website:
1. Accessible:
This feature refers to making sure that the audience of all kinds can access the product. There have to be provisions for the disabled ones. The website should be friendly for everyone in a way that once the user visits the website, navigating through the content and information provided becomes easier. Customer service depends a lot on this feature.
2. Credible:
Credibility is everything. Since there are many options available for today's users, they are going to go for the most credible one. It is also important for building a list of potential customers. If the user can trust the content and information on the website, it has done its job nicely.
3. Desirable:
A desirable website will have all the mentioned features here. Desirability is built by the design of the website first. Because that is something the user will see first, it depends on the branding, aesthetics, images used, etc.
4. Findable:
Users should know what to find and where on the website. The content should be easily readable and consistent with the flow.
5. Usable:
Usability has a lot to do with the generation and trending technology. If the website doesn't function as per the understanding of the viewers, they are likely to lose interest in it. It is essential to use all the buttons and controls that the current generation is comfortable using.
6. Useful:
This feature refers to the usefulness of the website to its customers. There has to be a reason behind bringing this website up. Without this, it is hard to compete for the required attention from the right kind of audience. Usefulness also refers to the aesthetic appeal of the customers. If viewers are able to find what they are looking for on the website, they will come back over and over.
7. Valuable:
This feature emphasizes the importance of delivering value. Without value, the product may be successful in the initial days, but then it starts to wear off and customers start losing interest.
Content is the key through which a website can communicate its value. The websites that offer value, automatically raise the bar in the market. Value of a website also depends on how much the content on the website is

One of the WAN attributes, bandwidth, can be a major spoiler to user experience if not sufficiently allocated. It is common to see a movie slowing down with a circular browser churning on the screen. Depending upon the location, bandwidths are getting better. At the same time, more applications requiring higher bandwidth are propping up. What are your thoughts on how to address bandwidth issues uniformly? Any references to Net Neutrality?

It is important that on any idea write it first so you don’t forget so that you can test it later. Unfortunately many companies wait until their plans are fully developed before they test it, and suffer the consequences. Testing during the prototype phase...
