Different solvents of varying polarity viz.hexene,toluene,ethylene acetate,acetone,methanol and water were used.this would help to determine the best solvent responsible for extraction of maximum active phytoconstituents which are responsible for anti microbial efficacy.

(A)It depends on which the mode of action you expect.If a rapid action is noticed then you may evaluate the effect of these drug on bacterial membrane .

(B)Antimicrobial activity refers to the process of killing or inhibiting the disease causing microbes various antimicrobial agents are used for these purpose.Antimicrobials may be antibacterial or antifungal or antiviral.they have different mode of action by which they act to suppress the infection.

(C)solid state fermentation and crude extraction were used for the production of antibiotics from isolated.

Agar well diffusion was used for antimicrobial activity of crude extract against test organisms.
