a)There is no need to be panic,other wise right decisions can not be taken by the management.
b)there should be proper installation of firewalls/proxy servers.
c)Stop employees to use their personal modems(using personal hotspot for internet).
d)create awareness about IT security.
e)Educate employees about social engineering, phishing etc.

difference between virus, worm, trojan horse
virus:- malicious programs that directly harms the data for example deleting files.
worm:- malicious programs, consumes resources in unauthorized manner in self replication which may result in
DoS(Denial of Service) attack.
Trajan horse:- malicious program(spyware), to steal passwords and so on.for example key logger.
