Answer #1

7) The name of the process that provides a logical model of the IT infrastructure and holds its data in the CMS is:
Answer: B) Service asset and configuration management

ITIL Service Asset and Configuration Management is the concept of studying about maintaining information about Configuration Items (CIs) required to deliver an IT service, including their relationships.

The way the process works is, Configuration Management, per the older ITIL V3 (Version 3) describes the Configuration Management System (CMS) being a logical data model, deals in and around several Configuration Management Databases (CMDB). Configuration Management process is carried out by its Process Owner, who is called Configuration Manager. His roles and responsibilities are to maintain information about CIs or data in general, required to deliver IT services. He maintains a logical model, containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs), including their relationships and associations.

10) Which of the following cannot be stored in a database or management system?
Answer: B) Wisdom

Wisdom is the process by which we discern, or judge between right and wrong, or good and bad. It cannot be stored in any database or management system. It can be in a human's brain and act using his heart and soul. Computers, servers, storage systems, network systems devices, components, databases, or management systems do not and will not have the ability to possess and store wisdom in any way. Wisdom is a uniquely human state. Wisdom requires one to have a soul because it resides in the heart as it does in the mind. A soul cannot and will not be possessed by machines. On the other hand, also, a soul will never possess a machine.
