Several federal laws must be followed by the employer before the training of the employees. Some of the laws are given below:

  • Health and safety law: Health and safety is no longer law but the basic requirement for all the employer of a company. All the employers have to make sure that the employees who are here for training purposes will get all the required safeties during the training. This will help the company to gain the employees’’ trust and make the company profitable.
  • Sexual harassment training: Sexual harassment is also one of the important laws that are required to rule in every organization to increase the employee’s confidence. This training is a major requirement in all the companies to reduce this harassment in the workplace.
  • Ethics training: While working in an organization, ethics are the basic manners that reflect an individual’s image in front of others. For this, all employers train their employees for a good reflection of an organization. If this training not be held by the employer there might be possibilities of criminal misconduct by employees. Employers should have to train the employees about the policies and procedures of an organization.
  • Non-discrimination training: This is the best practice conducted by the employers of non-discrimination for their employees. This training must include practical knowledge about discrimination and harassment prevention. This training makes sure that no one can encourage discrimination in an organization.

If these laws are not followed by the employees of an organization then there should be high fines or punishment and maybe both. This can affect the company’s reputation and decrease market value.
