Volkswagen is one of the automobile company manufactures Cars.Which is presented in all parts of the world.The main Headquarters is Located at wolfsburg in Germany

Dr Matulovic is the Chief Information Officer he was in very Tough  Situation at beginning of the Case.Dealing with Many Executives of the Company and expressed their views and ideas where Money was not Funded to a Company,there were over 40+ projects with funding amount of 200 Million $ .It was a Great concern that company had totaled around 60 M $ Only.

Before the year 2002 Volkswagen(VW) used outsourcing perot Systems . They had reduced their staff to less than 10 Members who has IT Knowledge . In middle of the years 1999-2002 they had focused on the IT Field for Growth of the company.After the year 2002 they had given more priority to IT Team to Eliminate company struggles and risks There was not a Single Solution for all IT problems that had been raising .At that time Volkswagen had brought a Person who had no Experience (matulovic) who was a leader of Development had given a very good Suggestions to overcome Struggles of the Company.

Project Prioritization is the foundation for implementing all projects.It consists of goals and statergies where project is made step by step .Poor Priotirization leads to Poor project development and failure of the product.

Approval process is one kind of Business Process where we approve different kinds of work at different levels of organization.This may include Budgets,Invoices etc

1)RANK AND PRIORITIZE

2)ANALYSIS OF PORTFOLIO

3)APPROVE OF PORTFOLIO
