The IR stretching around 3200-3600 is broad and suggest an -OH group.

From the splitting rule of (n+1) where n is number of adjacent protons can be very well employed to Know the number of hydrogens on each carbon. That is a quintet means 4 adjacent protons.

13C suggests 4 different types of carbon.
